How fresh does a fecal sample need to be for the vet? Do I refrigerate or anything - or just put in a baggie?

If you can get it to the vet within 3 or 4 hours, just put it in a baggie and keep it at room temperature. If it's going to be next day, just refrigerate it in a baggie. Best results are, of course, obtained from very fresh samples.
