I got two 1 month old tremper albino geckos and I just ordered 500 crickets for them. I bought a 20 gallon rubbermaid tub to put them in and cut about 90% of its top out and stapled a mesh screen over the top of it for some nice air flow and also drilled all little tiny holes in the sides.

My question is, is what do I feed them? I got some Flukers Calcium Fortified Cricket Quencher. Is this good, or no? How should I care for my crickets in order to get-load them and get them ready for my two babies to eat up?

you can feed the crickets some veggies and a variety of other foods. i use a commercial cricket gutload, cheerios, and cat food pieces.

it sounds like you have bigger crickets...how big are they? If they are too big you baby leos won't be able to eat them.

they are 3/4" crickets that are coming in on tuesday. right now they have been eating 1/2" crickets, i think they will take them down fine.

Don't you think that 500 might be a few too many for 2 baby leos?
I know they can eat a lot, but I think they might get a little big before you go through 500.
Thats why I like mealies they never get too big lol
