the short answer is whatever they will eat!
but you should give them things like, mustard, collard (limited), escarole, endive, kale (limited), bok choy (sp?), as well as other dark greens, stay away from lettuce

My vote would be for dandelions. I've heard that they have many nutrients and a very good Ca/P ratio. Both the leaves and the flower are good for uros.
Dandelions are easy to maintain (since they are weeds) and grow pretty quickly. I have some sprouts now (I'll put them outside to get some sunlight when the weather warms up) and a cutting that I took from a store-bought one. It still had a fair amount of root left so I just planted it in a pot with some soil and it's starting to re-grow its leaves.

Hope this helps

Turnip greens, I understand, are the most nutritious greens commonly available for uros, though dandelion, mustard, collard, and others are also good. They appreciate variety.

Dandelions and clover are staples for my Uros. And they're free!

Right on, man. Haven't gotten any dandilions yet (winter and all), but my little guy went ape over clovers.
