Does he frequently gape his mouth as well? The "clicking" may be due to a respiratory infection. Try bringing him to a vet for a dose of anti biotics.
Not that I know of. He had his mouth opened almost all the way one time but that was it. So could that still mean he has respitory infections? And if he does have that is there another way to cure it than taking him to a vet?
Does he sound wheezy or keep sighing when you are handling him ?
It also sounds as though he may have something stuck in his throat, which would mean a vet visit to remove it... has he swallowed bedding with some food ?
If he has a respiratory infection he does need the vet as antibiotics will be needed to clear it. You will also need to find out how he picked it up ( usually too low temperatures ) so he doesn't get it again.
He is a wild caught snake, he was caught in September and I just now noticed the clicking his mouth makes but I dont think he swallowed any bedding and the temperature is around 82 degrees. So I don't know whats wrong with him.
