Below is a picture of my Southern Ringneck Snake eating a green tree frog. It ate 2 but I really suck at taking pictures and the other ones didn't turn out the right way. The pic isn't good, because I am not good at taking pictures, it's kindof blurry but you can still tell what's going on and you can see.

Oh no I love tree frogs. I am suprised its able to eat such a large tree frog compared to his head. I never thought ringnecks ate any thing but worms,tadpoles,guppies till I got on this forum.

That was the smaller frog, it ate the other one about 3 days before it was 2 times this one's size. I am not good at taking pictures at all, I have a pic of my little baby Northern eating it's first worm since Nov. 25th but I have to get it developed. Ringnecks have a great variety of prey items. Worms, lizards, snakes, frogs, salamanders, salamander eggs, fish(guppies,goldfish,rosies have all been eaten by my Southern), slugs, skinks, pinkie mice, tadpoles(?). I guess they would eat tadpoles, well I know my Southern would, I almost got it to eat a piece of chicken yesterday, I rubbed 2 different rosies on the little piece of chicken and waved it in front of it's face, hoping it would eat it but it didn't.

I am suprised it would even go after anything even bigger than that frog. I never fed mine anything big I feed just earthworms and guppies.
Granted that they eat way more meals if you feed them that than if you feed bigger meals.
