Boyle Fiscal Court in Boyle County Kentucky is considering a ban on exotic pets, including rear fanged snakes, and crocodilians. Constrictor snakes were not mentioned, but I assume they would be banned too. I believe this is being proposed on 3/9.

Boyle Fiscal Court is in Danville and their meeting times are the first Tuesday of each month at 10 am and the second Tuesday at 7 pm.

I haven't seen anything else about this one. The story is now archived, and the particular newspaper co. requires a fee to view archived stories. You could go to their site, but I haven't seen anything on there either.
