The other day, I noticed that my White's tree frog has these tiny little marks on the left side of his face, right by his eye. They look like scratches, but I don't recall accidentally scraping him. He has a small red dot on his left nostril (sp?) as well. I got him not even a week ago from a good pet store, they were really good with how many frogs they had per tank and taking care of them, so I'm sure that this is a new thing.
If it is the illness, since the tank is clean, the only other thing that could be causing it (according to sources online) is the tank being too cold-- I think this could be it, and I'm going to get a heating pad tomorrow afternoon, but for now I have a heatign rock that I used with lizards int he past, propped up on the otherside of the glass of the area he likes to sleep in.
I have also enclosed a picture of him, hopefully someone here can help me out by confirming what this could be. :
