A pic of his sister. These snakes are extremely variable coming in striped, patternless and everything in between. They can also be spotted/blotched like this female.

Glad to see that they are doing well, Keith. That striped male is going to look especially awesome when he tops out at over 5 feet!

Is that your snake? He sure is a handsome rascal. So when does your Apalachicola breeding project start? I need to get on that waiting list.

Yeah its the other half of a pair I got from Bob Johnson at Reptile Artistry. It will take at least 2 years before they breed. I plan on getting some others Apalachicola's this year from another breeder who has unrelated stock thats the real deal. I dont think its easy to find good reliable sources for these snakes anymore.

I came to the same conclusion when checking around a bit last year. Keep me posted on your project. I know we've talked about the Apalachicolas before, I'm just glad you're doing all the work - lol.

Keith,

I just got my pair of Apalachicola's from Bob about 15 min. ago in the mail. They are much nicer in person than in the pics.

You are right JD they are much better in person. Mine have a nice light butter yellow color to them that gets washed out when I take pics. Post some pics of yours when they get settled.

J.D., you are gonna love those kings. Pics just don't do justice to their colors and pattern. Enjoy!

Here's the last pic that I took of the male that you got today.

Wow, J. D. - you are quick with the pics -
this can be the new way to verify live arrival of reptiles!
Glad they have found a good home - very nice photos.

Bob,

Thanks for the complements on the photos. They would not stay still but I got a few ok pics. I was so excited when they arrived that the first thing a had to do was take a few photos and show them off.
