I just saw one this morning on [bleep]
OK, I've been bleeped. How about r e p t i b i d . c o m
The one loss I've had with chameleons was a wild caught rudis from LL Reptile. They are an absolutely wonderful cham - I was very sad to lose her. She never ate properly from the first - there was some strange parasite she had. There were circular capsular eggs left on her schleffera tree. The vet wasn't able to identify it.
Anyway, good luck. I'd be really interested in a captive bred.
