What kind of snake is this?????

My nephew foud this snake is his yard. I thought it might be some kind of ringneck snake but I'm not sure. Anyone know what it is? What is eats? And what type of care I should give it? After seeing the posting below and researching some pictures online I believe its also a Sharp Tailed snake (Contia tenuis).
