Can I feed mt tegu other reptile eggs?

My water dragon just laid a handfull of eggs. There is no male pressent so the eggs won't be fertalize, can I try to leave them for the tegu, and is it worth it, nutrition wize? Thanks

I feed Iguana eggs to my Tegus and Monitors. Never thought about the Water Dragon eggs...I'll have to make use of those too.
