Hey folks,

I have to take a minute to sing the praises of Pro Exotics! I was trying to order some virosan from them a little while ago and pay pal was giving me grief. I e-mailed them about the problem and get this, WHILE I WAS STILL ONLINE TRYING TO ORDER, Nicci from Pro Exotics called my house to appologise and to take my order over the phone.

I've e-mailed them with questions before and Robyn has responded in under an hour.

I don't work there, or know anyone at Pro Exotics, (I haven't bought any animals from them yet [yet I say]) but I am a HUGE fan of their commitment to customer service. They are amazing people and will get all my business from now on. I highly recommend Pro Exotics!

I just love their temp gun (I've got one for snakes and my boyfriend has one for his quads and the cars) and of course virosan. I know I'd feel comfortable buying an animal from them. They do give great advice and it's nice to see them active on the forums giving help.
