mashed potatoes?

do i just give my tegus these mashed and thats it? is that all i do to prepare these? thanks, justin

I read somewhere that you should make sure they are well cooked, because raw potatoes are bad for them. I don't know the degree of truth to this, but I remember reading it somewhere and just thought I'd let ya know.
