Undigested Plant matter

My beardie was taking a bath a pooped like normal and when he was done there was like stringy things hangin from his butt like undigested plant matter or something.Is this a sign of something?Eventually it just moved back into him.

Please note that I am new to beardies, but that sounds like it could be a worm or something if it moved back into him. Might want to get a fecal done just to make sure.
