Newly obtained Yellowtail Cribos/Drymarchon Corais Corsais

areyoudown7 Mar 09, 2004 10:36 PM

Hi all just thought I'd pass along how my 2 new Yellowtails are doing. They are wild caughts with the female being absolutely beatiful at just under 5ft. She let's me hold her but she's very darty. She taking down about 3-4 mice a week. My decent sized male 6 ft 2" is not as darty but, mean as snot. He was taking down only mice before I got him and I've have him gobbling up 2 small to medium size rats a week. He'll add bulk and grow like a weed from what I can see. I'll have to see how he becomes aclimated and hopefully calms down. I'll post pics once I get a decent digital camera.

Any advice on technique's to calm the Male down; please reply
