Setting up a Hovabator

My veiled chameleon layed a clutch of eggs yesterday and I was wondering what the best temps and set up would be in using a hovabator to incubate them? I have read that temps should be between 75 and 80. I am concerned about the amount of water to keep in there for proper humidity. Also what should be regular maintainance items besides adding water? Thanks for any input!
