I know that crix, and worms, and other insects are good for beardies, and usually feed mine every other day with insects, she should prolly get every day??, or is every 2 ok?? Also, when feeding, how many should she be given?? She is 1.5 years old.

Adult beardies need a daily source of fresh greens and veggies. They aren't growing anymore and don't need as much protein as they did when they were little. You can supplement with insects or rep cal pellets. I give my adults live insects (crickets, super worms) about twice a week. When we have silkies around I give them some every other day. I don't stuff my adults with insects because I still want them to be hungry for their greens.
