That is highly unusual. I know William personally and he has alwasys gone way out of his way to take care of any problems that I've ever had with shipping and he usually responds with 24 hours.. most of the time same day depending on the time I email him.
If he is not returning your emails, check your email and make sure it's working properly both on your end and the email you are sending to. Make sure it's Service@reptilefood.com. I don't know what email service you have, but I at times have people email me and I try and return the email and certain addresses won't accept my email for whatever reason.
If you have another email address try using a different one. It would be highly unlikely that they are just ignoring your email.
