I've been emailing them since Saturday and no one will respond. Naturally they don't list any contact #'s on their website. I have got to get ahold of a human being that works there.

They'll probably respond either tonight or tomorrow. My guess is they don't work weekends, since they (for obvious reasons) only ship Mon-Wed/Thur. usually. Before I switched to silkworms, I used them for crickets, and they were very good about contacts, replacement, etc. If they don't respond, that's very out-of-character for them.

I emailed them Sunday and Monday. Even if they didn't work on weekends I'd have expected someone to respond to my emails by now, given the problem I am having. They've had those emails for 3 days and haven't bothered to contact me.

That is highly unusual. I know William personally and he has alwasys gone way out of his way to take care of any problems that I've ever had with shipping and he usually responds with 24 hours.. most of the time same day depending on the time I email him.

If he is not returning your emails, check your email and make sure it's working properly both on your end and the email you are sending to. Make sure it's Service@reptilefood.com. I don't know what email service you have, but I at times have people email me and I try and return the email and certain addresses won't accept my email for whatever reason.

If you have another email address try using a different one. It would be highly unlikely that they are just ignoring your email.

Good luck with getting it resolved. Hopefully they'll take care of what you need soon. William is a great guy.

I know I'm sending it to the right addresses. I don't know what's going on, my email is working fine with everyone else.

I don't want to get into details what happened, but let's just say there were at least 2 things wrong w/ my order, and I just can't get them to respond to me about it.

I'm really hoping now something's wrong with the emails, cuz I'm really dissapointed and seeing all the positive comments here I hope I can get it righted.

Did you have a order that was messed up or wrong? I had one that was messed up pretty bad and needed a replacement and emailed them for 4 days and never heard anything back to this day but on the fifth day I received a replacment order that I had asked for in my emails to them.

I have had no problems with them whatsoever. I once placed an order to find out 1-2 hours later I had to cancel. No problems, credit was credited, no problem @ all. It is possible that something has gone wrong with there computers or something, I dunno.
