It is never great to put any two organisms together in a small enclosure. The snakes and anoles live together in the wild, but they are not in a confined area and they do not compete directly or come into contact physically that often. So my best answer, don't do it.

I agree with Snakeguy88!Your most likley to end up with just a snake in that cage!I whould not wont that to happen!

Well, it isn't even so much that as it is the stress and competition. That alone can kill the frog or snake, and lead to further problems as stress causes the animals to be succeptible to disease.
