I'm still waiting for the vet to call me for a appointment for my adopted beardie but I'm sure he's going to get or need calcium shots since he's so badly stricken with MBD (SO I BELIEVE)!! Now I know each case will be different depending on the severity but what am I expecting with him getting the shots...how many might he need? How much does it cost? Any info is nice to know...Thanks

Every case is different. I'm sure your vet could answer most your questions beforehand with a phone call. Vet costs vary greatly, depending on what part of the country you are in. I'm sure they could give you standard costs for a calcium shot/visit.
