A couple things:
1) Find a reptile doctor in your area, or see if any of the people here know the exact treatment for it. Sometimes it's as simple as putting a pill in the food they eat, other times it requires medical attention, shots, and ect.
2) Are there any other symptoms? Such as "stargazing" or otherwise?

No stargazing at all. He seems fine, he has been eating like crazy. Actually today I didn't hear it at all. I only held him for a minute but yesterday it was extremely loud. I have a 4x4x2.5 cage with a 150 watt full spectrum bulb and a 200 watt heat emitter. The 200 watt is on all the time, the bulb is on 12 hours a day. I spray down his cage a good ten times a day to keep the humidity around 70%. At night the temp can drop to 65 degrees but that is uncommon.
I don't like mine to go below 75,70 at the lowest whats the temp during the day?,good ventilation? If he's eating good I wouldn't worry a whole lot.To much in temperture swings I don't think is good for them.Thats my opinion.I drop 5to7 degrees at night and not all the time the ambient temps in the house drops every night here in Northeast Pa.Sometimes mine and from what I read and here these guys are talkative and make alot of sounds when held or scared mine sometimes do.When mine were really sick they didn't eat or move around much and always held there head up against there bodyor on something they didn't leave there head hang down. Also if held by tail had a hard time lifting head to to tail and if they did hissed or should I say weezed very loud.
Keep warm and in high humidity has worked for me in past if caught soon enough.Have also spent $300 dollars for treatment in extreme cases there are so many different types of bacteria and or viral bugs out there keep temps consistent and warm 85 to 90 degrees with high humidity. Also real or artificial sunlight may assist it.don't leave the aquarium in the sun you will cook him.Consistent high or at least warm temps will help.If they were to contract a respitory infection in wild they will lay for long extended periods in the heat and light of the sun. Also is he eating if so good the heat and energy will help.keep stress low also don't handle except to check him.Fresh clean water because the heat will make him thirsty.A good full spectrum light is a good source of light remember he should be able to get within 12to18 inches to it to be effective
