I saw this little guy out sunny today while hiking around. He was the only one I saw even though it was about 90 degrees. I think we need several more warm days to wake up the adults.

He still had dirt on his head from hibernation

I want to visit the habitat of Collared Lizards.
I never have lived too far from the habitat of the collared lizard but now I'm about 5 to 10 minutes from where these pictures were taken. It's really awesome!

No chucks yet but I'm sure it's only a matter of time. I'll be sure to post the photos on the chuck forum. Anyone ever visit the Arizona PARC forums? The field forum has awesome pics and I've seen several collared photos posted on there.
They are a great bunch of people and a ton of great pics. I am gonna try to contribute a little more this year with some MI herps although boring compared to whats on that site. Tom
