Pastel Siblings?

bklarson Mar 11, 2004 12:05 AM

I am new to the ball python morph stuff, but I am starting to get the hang of it! My questions is when breeding a pastel x normal you get some normals and pastels. The normals are they anything special or just normal? I have noticed many have yellowish bellies or some yellowing on their sides. Does that mean anything?

Thanks

They are just normal. Some have neat patterns, but they are not worth anything more.

A Co-Dominant trait is passed on to the offspring, like red hair or something? What is the super pastal then? Is it a guarenteed trait that is passed on to all offspring? Kind of lost myself.

thanks sym

The Super Pastel is the homozygous form of Pastel. Pastel is the heterozygous form of Super Pastel.
