i just checking in to make sure my female won't try to kill the male. he is 200-225grams, she is 790-820 grams. do you think they will be ok?

Wow! That's a pretty big size difference.

I've just started breeding my snakes this year, so I can tell you much, but the only cornsnakes I've heard that will cannibalize each other have been hatchlings.

I would be more concerned that the female won't let him breed her since he is so much smaller. I've heard that females sometimes won't breed with a male that is much smaller than she is.

that's a pretty big size difference LOL my larger male is probably no more than 200 grams i think and the females he is breeding this year are 450-550 grams. your biggest problems will be if she will let him breed her or not and if he gets intimidated by her size and won't breed her. i don't think there will be any problems b/c corns are usually only cannibalistic as hatchlings and don't really care as adults. Good Luck, also it would go easier if he was proven already so try (if he didn't breed last season) to get him to breed a smaller female to boost his self image LOL good luck!
