Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me here. I recently obtained a 9 month old female bearded dragon from an aquaintance who no longer wanted it. I myself have been keeping BD's successfully for over 6 years so I do have experience with them. As stated previously it is 9 months old but only about 9.5" and 45grams. The previous owner stated that it had always been a very weak feeder despite offering it the proper diet of greens, other veggies and insects. I have now had the BD about a week and it will eat no veggies of any kind and will only take a cricket here and there. It does not appear thin or weak and reacts quite wildly when one attempt to pick her up. I'm going to administer some parazap in hopes of perking up her appetite. All other parameters regarding care are correct (ie. temps, UV lighting, enclosure size etc) and the previous owner used the same set up that I am now in posession of. Any thoughts on what else I may try? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated by myself and the BD.
Thanks,
Pete
