Hard to say, the swollen area seems a little high in the body but she is surely swollen. Has she fed recently?

no, she hasn't eaten in a while. and actually, the last time she ate it was a small meal. she was with her boyfriend in late january...thanks, chris

That is a really nice snake! Is that an argentine? I just got some argentines recently and absolutely love them. Very unique snakes with lots of variation, IMO. Who is the father? and where did you get her from? Feel free to email me (cjasno@aol.com) all the details and any other pics as I'm still in awe of them and love to learn more or hear from others.

thanks, i like her. i will email you pics of dad (hopefully dad) tomorrow...as i am on my out the door. oh, i do have a pic on the photo gallery of him i can post...but it's kind of dark and it doesn't do him justice...thanks for the post!
