Lampropeltis getulus californiae. The fact of whether it's albino or not does not play into the scientific name.

I know, I know...it changed from getulus to getula in the mid '70s or so. I still use old taxonomy for a lot of things...hey, I'm allowed..I'm an old guy. At least I'm not still calling water snakes Natrix....I'm getting there.
