I want to see them...we are fixing up our 5x3x2 enclosure today so we can get our iguana out of the now too small (well it's not bad considering she's only a foot long but bigger is better) 55 gallon tank and into something comfortable.

I am interested in the funishings...and how the set up is...Thanks!

Here are some pics. of my iggys enclosure after adding an addition. There is indoor/outdoor carpeting all throughout it now, but I don't have any pictures of that yet. The top section is the original section, and it has branches to climb and platforms to relax or bask on. The upper has 1- night heat lamp, 1-day heat lamp, and 18" uvb light. Also has a small(11"x7" water pond. The lower section is the addition. It had shelves and ramps. It also has the same heat and uvb bulbs as the top. There is a good size pool in the bottom for swimming etc.. There are a total of 4 thermometers and 2 humidtiy meters( I guess it would be a hydrometer, but not sure). The doors are big enough so I don't have any problems getting them out where ever they are. I put fake plants and stuff in there for decoration and to climb on. I made sure they wouldn't be able to eat it. I'll post a few more pics of it. I am going to build a bigger more nicer looking enclosure in the near future, but this is working fine for now.

Here is another picture. This is after I cut the floor out to open the bottom up. This made the enclosure twice as big as it was.

here is another. This is the same section as the picture before this one. This is before I did the addition.

Another. This is the lower section before it was finished. I have a lot more pics., but I don't want to take up all the room. If you want to see more pics. just ask and I'll post more. There are some things that I need to change. Some other ig owners who have posted and gave me some ideas. Like making the lights less accessable to the iggys so they don't get burned. They have never gotten burned on the lights, but you never know it is deffinately possible. There are some really awesome iggy enclosures in this forum. I hope everyone posts them because they will be able to help you out a lot. I'll stop rambling now. Good luck with your encloser.

Dang I love that enclosure.

I was hoping you'd post pics but knew you would.

Great job. Looks like a castle for spoiled iggys.

Excellent job!

Thanks. I wish they liked their addition more. They have only been in there a few times on their own.

This is Tempest's enclosure, its in my living room. It still needs lots of work, more lighting lower down, more climing things, its a work in progress. Regardless, he's quite happy in it

His personal space goes down another 18"+ from the sliding windows on the front, where he has a space heater as well as a darkroom sink that is just over 4'x2.5', that some day will be a pool for him. The entire thing has its own enclosed wiring system with switches outside, as well as a circuit that is always on for the heater. Off hand, I believe the final size was 7'h x 5.5'l x 4.5'd.

Side view, with the swinging window, feed door, and switches for inside, as well as the outlet so I can still vaccuum. I can't get to the outlet behind any more! The cupboard doors go to storage space underneath, as well as a spot I can put a bucket under the sink drain, so I can wash the entire cage down and rinse it easily.
