I got my first Anole in April. I was in Louisiana visiting my Father and I found one in his yard. My neice and I put it in a jelly jar and brought him home to Illinois. I got hime a cage and everything I could think of that he'd need. I wasn't sure what it was until I went to my local pet store and found one that looked exactly the same and found out what it was. I'm not sure if it's male or female so it's name is Louie from Louisiana if it's a boy or Louise from Louisiana if it's a girl.
If anyone can tell me how you tell them apart please let me know. I'm curious what I have. So far it's been pretty cool watching it. They told me it's full grown. I love how it changes colors.
