My friend said he found a collared in the lake skinner area but he killed it not on purpose but he droped a rrock on it and I told him next time give it to me but do you guys think there wiil be any out right now

I know Will has seen a juvie out basking already. It has been in the 90's in California (southern) and Arizona...so yea...it's possible.
