injury or illness

I have a male whites tree frog yesterday i found him on his back he was still breathing and alert so i took him out and and placed him a seprate tank to better observe him, he seemed fine but then i notice his rear right leg, part below the knee, was limp and he wasn't using it i have never seen anything like this before does anyone what this could be

It would be alot more helpful if you descibed the setup, temps, how old he is, how long you have had him...etc. Right now sounds like he may have injured it or something. I would try to take it to the vet right away.
