Currently I have a pair of fire skinks I picked up together, no idea on sex of either, ~5.5" svl on both. Never seen any kind of fight or aggresion from either directed at the other or me.

At the moment they're in a 40 gal aquarium, 36x18x18, all nice like with dirt to burrow in and live plants and stuff. I may be getting a 75 gal tank, 48x18x20, to replace this, so a bearded dragon could get the 40 as an upgrade to it's current tank.

While looking at tanks, I noticed they had a trio of smaller fire skinks in. No tape measure with me, I'd estimate ~3 svl. I also got no aggresion from these handling them. I thought with the bigger tank, adding a third or possibly even fourth roommate could be a good thing, as it increases chances of at least one of them not being borrowed at any given time.

My question/concern would be the size difference. Would the larger ones see the smaller ones as one heck of a filling meal? They've never gotten anything bugger than a supper worm for food. What Would you concider the greatest acceptable size difference for cohabitants?
