WHAT is with my Blood Python 'Hissing'????

jerseyguy Mar 12, 2004 06:18 PM

What's with the hissing stuff this guy is doing? All the reading I do and no one talks of 'hissing'. My Male Blood loves to hiss ... damn. I dare not go near the guy. Is he all bluff or what? Any Blood Owners out there wanna share some info on this?

it seems almost all bloods hiss and huff and puff it may be a warning or just trying to say hello.

I have a good number of bloods all kinds and they are all very vocal but that does not mean that they are mean i have one female in particular that makes a ton of noise and has never srtuck or bitten me and she is 6 feet and about 25 pounds completly tame.

Dont be intimadated get to know your bloods and they are a lot more enjoyable to work with.

Hope this helps Joe.....
