Leopard Frogs, lot of questions.

earwiggy Mar 12, 2004 06:30 PM

How do you tell if a leopard frog is a male or female? Also, I have four frogs, two brown and two green. Both fo the colors, have one bigger one smaller. The big green one sits and watches the rock that I feed them with. When another frog gets a cricket he will go up up and nip the frog on the mouth. Do you know why he does that? Oh yeah, he/she is REALLY FAT, and we don't know how to get her to "loose weight."

Thanks in advance,
Casina

I don't know much, if anything about leopards, but usually if you are feeding mealworms, or possibly zophobas, reptiles and amphibians gain weight. If the case is so, try to get them hooked on crickets instead. If you are feeding crickets allredy, then I don't know. Wait for some more answers.

Good Luck!
