tommot Mar 12, 2004 07:25 PM

I exedently fed him cricket that was to largeand the thing went in sideways, he couldent even close his mouth. so I took some tweasers and moved the cricket so he could breath, and so i could take it out easyer, and he swallowed the cricket!!!! I really don't know if i might have hurt him more or if he was even choking? so any advice is welcome. Has this ever happened to you?

If your frog seems fine, it is probably ok. Do you use a sharp tweezer or a more round one? And also, how big was the cricket? :P

i used plastic tweasers (they came in a science kit i got 3 yrs ago) it wasnt really sharp, as for the size of the cricket mabey like 1-1.5cm, my frog is a bullfroglett, he turned into a complete frog in late august-early septemberso he is pretty tiny.
