I don't think Yahoo lets you post pictures across different domains because of bandwidth restrictions and security. Go to www.picturetrail.com and use
their service for photo uploads. When you view a picture with the big photo hosting companies the web address that you see most of the time is a query string and not the actual photo url.
For example: http://us.f1f.yahoofs.com/bc/6a7ed70c/bc/Apep/Picture+018.jpg?bfEOvUABIao596Tw
The above is the url your trying to access your photo from.
Use the link I recommended or browse around. There are many different sites to choose from. But check and see if you can post pics directly from their site.
Or got herewww.pethobbyist.com/myaccount/register.php and register for the free account.
