I knew I could depend on you guys! That looks like one of the 2.1 Basins you have up for sale. since it is alot harder (for me at least) to judge how Basin juvies will turn out compared to Northerns could you please post photos of the parents.
also, how do you feel about NorthernXBasin crosses?
do you see any difference in Northerns and Basins in husbandry?
I have only had Northerns, but I remember the first time I saw a large Basin (it was one of Eugene B.'s about 10 yrs ago) I was shocked by how big and fat they could get!

I have never really given much thought to crosses. As far as husbandry, each animal has it's own preferences, but in general it is about the same for both.
