What is everyones opinions on the reduced pattern/tiger ball that NERD has?

Randall_Turner Mar 14, 2004 12:24 AM

I am looking at getting some new ball pythons, and a pair of the hets from that are very tempting. But I haven't heard other then the mentioned info on the NERD site that they are genetic...
(I am waiting on an email so hopefully I will have more info from them directly, and hopefully a pair of het tiger too..)

Let me know your opinions on them.. The only thing I can think of that will sway me is if they are proven/unproven genetic...

I think that some lineare prove but some arnt....I believe to have a proven line....below is a pic of our super tiger female, and one of her offspring ...when we breed her to a normal male we get 100% tigers. This year we have done our Super Tiger to one of her tiger male offspring and we got eggs from it so hopefully we will see a few super tiger offspring pop out in about a month or so.....

Thanks........

That is even better then the NERD line, for one you show pix and point out that it is a neonate from the mother "tiger".

Thank you for posting that...

It shows to be co dom. Where just like when super pastels are bred to normals, you get 100% pastels. When our Super Tiger is bred to a normal we get 100% tigers. In about a month or so we should have this figured out.

Thanks............
