The ultimate gut load recipe is the James/Wells/Lopez recipe. You can find it at www.adcham.com
I couldn't get all of the ingredients from both/either (plus I am only feeding a couple hundred crix) so I combined the two and used some substitutes. Here are some sites that have VERY comprehensive listing of the nutrient value of many foods which may help you sub. Like if you can't find a certain ingredient that supplies xxx amount of protein you find another that has similar value. takes a bit of doing, but once you have good one - you're done! I am still "perfecting" mine.
Also remember to always provide fresh fruit and veggies for nutrients and moisture. AdCham has a wet gutload as well.
