Rhac Enclosures

What is the better type of enclosure to house a Crested or Gargoyle in... a screen cage, a reptarium, a glass terrarium with hinged opening door? I plan to house two rhacs and would also like to know what the minimum size enclosure that should be used to keep them healthy. Thanks, Rob FL

Man, it's kinda hard to get responses on this forum sometimes. I've posted a few questions/comments and gotten maybe 1-2 replies. That being said, I'll try to regurgitate some stuff I've learned. I'm still a rookie, having my rhac only a week or so. I would say for enclosure type, a vertically oriented glass aquarium is perfect. Screen sides make keeping good humidity very difficult, and these guys like 50-70%. Of course if your home is very humid, you could get away with screen. I live in KY where it is pretty humid most of the time, so I have my hatchling in a 10G with a screen top. My temps and humidity are fine as long as I mist 2-3 times a day. Hope this helps.
