I have a tiny baby rhac, maybe 2-2.5 inches. I saw him shed about a week, but three of his toes have shed directly on the toe pads. Do I only need to worry if the shed is completely wrapped around the toe? If it is just on the bottom, should it come off with the next shed? I have put him in a container with wet paper towels to walk on for about 30 minutes, but no luck. I tried using tweezers, but this guy is TINY. He got mad and bit the tweezers! I don't want to take the chance of damaging those tiny toes, so I hope the next shed will take care of things. But if it doesn't, I was wondering if some of the more experienced keepers here could give me some tips or techniques as to the safest way to get leftover skin off the toe pads. Thanks for your time and I hope to hear from everyone soon.
