I have a female Yellow Ratsnake and was wondering if I bred to an Albino male Yellow Ratsnake approx. how many of the babies would be albino and what percentage Het. they would be??

Unless the normal is het for albino, all the young will be normal-looking yellow ratsnakes, het for albino. If your "normal" yellow rat is het for albino, then about half the babies would be albino, the other half normal-looking hets.
In all liklihood, you will wind up with all normal-looking babies. If those babies were bred to each other, about a quarter of them would turn out albino. Half would be normal hets, and a quarter would be normal (non-het). 
I guess I learned SOMETHING in genetics class!!
