Sexing AFC's?

Hey all (first time posting in this forum)
I have a pair of albino CFs, and I was curious about sexing them. One I have had for a little over a year and am 99% sure its a girl. The other I am not sure on. I have looked up sexing info but my main question is how old / big do tehy have to be before you can for certain sex them?
I got the new baby about 3 weeks ago from walmart. "He" was the smallest one there and I felt bad for him. (Funny thats how I got my first one too ^_^) It is about 1 1/2 inches long snout to vent. As of now it "looks" male, there is no definite cloaca (spelling?) pointing out, his vent area points into his body in a V shape.
Any ideas? Ive tried getting photo's of them but the pictures turn out fairly grainy...

females have a black band on their forearm, while males do not.....im not sure about albinos tho....
