We have about 20 eggs that were due to hatch on or around May 20th. Here it is June 11th and they still haven't hatched. All the eggs still look healthy and normal. What the heck should we do? This has never happened to us before.

Did you ever candle them and see if they were still alive?
If they still look good......I would candle them.....usually the hatchlings will more a bit from the light and you can see them.....if May 20th was the 70th day(the average hatching time I believe).....then they are late.......I have one females eggs that never hatch before the 82 day and averagely start of the 86th......how many days has it been since they were laid?
I had some that went 89 days...so I would wait...LOL...and wait. Good luck!
