How big are the 3-4 month olds?...if they're large enough, superworms are better than mealies...but if they're still too small mealies are better for them. Some people are starting to say silkworms are best, but they're expensive, and (unless I'm mistaken...) get too large for smaller leos as well.

i guess for little guys, butterworms are good. you can get them online, depending on the weather. and i've just converted to the way of the silkworm. you can even buy eggs and stuff (online), but they do grow fast. so i order teeny ones online, with some chow to feed them, and then just feed the larger ones to my adults.
but you can totally go with superworms and mealworms too, it works for a lot of people. i'm just a nut about silkworms b/c my first leo appears to have died last thursday from having too much fat in her diet (via wax worms and mealies), before i switched to silkworms.
but definitely don't feed waxwroms as a staple. only very, very occasionally, or if a gecko is ill or laying or something.
