Shed and soaking questions

First off I'm a newbee. I have one ball that just shed and it all came off in pieces?

The other question is about an other Ball that has shed recently and still seams to want to soak in water all the time? Please advise any info will help. Thanks

sounds like the humidity is low.I could be wrong.

my enclosour use to have mites and the snake use to stay in the water all day.not they are gone because i got a formula called PROVENT A MITE.check and see if the enclosour ir the snakes has little bugs that sort of look like ticks.

I have not seen any critters at all. If it is humidity. What humidity sould I keep in cages?
