One of our leos, a proven breeder, is so fat! She is large in her body, she has the fat deposits behind her arms, her tail is so large and full.
Is this ok?
Are the fat deposits normal?

Fat deposits behind the arms are normal...but there is such a thing as being unhealthily obese. Any extremely obese leo is going to be subject to the same health issues as any other obese animal...which could mean (I'm not sure about this...but I know it's true in other species) problems laying eggs. A pic really would help...although it's usually pretty easy to tell if a leo is obese...when the body starts getting really "rotund"...that's how you know...lol Also if they stop being very active that can be a sign of obesity if not of something else.
