Help with picture sizes.

I can't seem to get any of my pics under the 250 limit. If someone could help me I would appreciate it.

What program are you using to edit your pictures? Adobe photoshop? Microsoft picture it? etc?

right click on ur picture's icon and click "open with" and select microsoft paint. once you're in paint select the "image" menu and click on "stretch/skew". a window will pop up, change the horizontal and vertical #'s until the file is small enough. usually changing them both to 50% works but you can play with it and figure it out. there's probably a better way to do it, but my idiot way works for me.
