Dusting methods

what method do you use to dust your frog's food. when i dust the fruit flys it doesn't stay on long and i don't think it's enough for the frogs anyway. Is there another method or way to get calcium to dart frogs. Also, has anyone tried using liquid calcium on dart frogs? thanks for any tips anyone might have.
