Louisiana Bill 1468 to regulate herps was amended today

here we see there were amendments made to the bill today but what these amendments were is a mystery to me. i hope the calls ane emails paid off!

i find this amendment a little distressing since virtually all SNAKES are either constrictors or venomous. i guess all they are leaving us with is a few ribbon and garter snakes.(how nice)I would suppose they would like to regulate large constrictors but i don't believe a california king needs to be in that category. time to start a new round of educational emails...

I've already started, the ammended bill has to go back to be accepted by the House, so now you need to email your state representative, not the senators, or maybe both would even be better.
